"When we first moved to this area there was no Broadband available, and BT advised us  that copper wire needed to supply us, was eight years away.
Our local computer shop told us that SWBB (a community project) was the ONLY Broadband available in this area. One phone call and a couple of days later, we had new friends,  (Tom & Helen) and Wireless Broadband.  Our home page now took just a second to show up instead of one minute.  Problems were always of my making (finger trouble), but Tom and Helen were there to help out in all weathers within ten minutes of our call for help. Tell me of ANY Broadband supplier who offers this service?  We have been satisfied customers for three years and have nothing but sincere appreciation of their complete dedication of SWBB and its users."

South Witham Broad Band is a great asset to our community and I'm pleased to be part of it.  I like the fact it was created to provide an excellent Broad Band service where BT refused to provide any, and those Ethical and Community benefits are an attractive and comfortable part of the package. Most attractive is the fast and personal service just a local phone call away, so local that the response may well involve an immediate and free site visit!
Set-up was a friendly installation visit with the promise of immediate help thereafter available any time.
Now that other ISP's are now available by landline SWBB is not the cheapest, but considering SWBB can be the fastest, the price differential is well invested in SWBB's reliability and level of service un-matched by any big ISP. No far away call centres, no irritatingly expensive premium call rates, just immediate contact with the same person who installed it.
Our home is now a "hot spot" in our part of the village, with SWBB wi-fi available in and around the local area.
I shall encourage my neighbours to join us at SWBB
It's really Good Value internet access.

Just a short note to show our appreciation to South Witham BroadBand Ltd for finally making it possible for our club to be connected to the outside world via Broadband.

 

After months and months of other organisations suggesting that because our club was situated in the middle of an airfield, a Broadband connection was impossible - your company did "the impossible". 

 

Quite apart from other obvious benefits, the club cannot start daily flying activities before down loading vital documents from the Meteorological Office. These documents contain a lot of detail concerning safety and down loading them on narrow band, when it worked correctly, was a bind. 

Your volunteers are most welcome to come along to the club to have a trial flight with us anytime.

SWBB were recommended to us by a neighbour, and we have been with them just over a year now. Their service has always been courteous, efficient, helpful and prompt.
Support is just a phone call away, answered by real people - not a call centre in a foreign country where the operatives are trained to chat to customers about the latest 'soap' episode.
If the problem cannot be sorted over the phone someone will call round, within a very short space of time, to fix it.
We like the idea of being part of a community based local project which is developing new technologies and ideas for the future.
We are very pleased with SWBB and encourage others to join them whenever we can!

Just a note to say how pleased we are with SWBB.

We have been with them from the start and, for the few issues we have had, a quick phone call has always fixed them very quickly.

No other provider could offer such a personal service that you get - you are NOT just a number - and this has been apparent right from the start.  From getting the antenna erected, to getting the wireless box 'up and running' they have been with us all the way.

Even as the number of subscribers has grown, the good customer service has remained at the same level.

SWBB even organised a Christmas meal out a couple of years ago, which was fab.  Can't see any other ISP doing that!
